Fluor’s Mining and Metals Business line provides these engineering services to the mining industry globally with a focus on the engineering, procurement, and construction of processing and infrastructure facilities associated with the recovery of metals and minerals.

Our Fluor Vancouver office is seeking a Contracts Technician who will be support the project Contracts team in the management assigned Contract packages. The purpose of this position is to work on routine assigned tasks which are tactical and administrative in nature by assisting and supporting other Contract Management specialists and Technicians.

Main responsibilities and duties for this role will include but not limited to:
• The preparation of RFPs and conforming of contracts
• Assistance with the processing/reconciliation of contractor invoices
• Evaluation of Tenders
• Monitor/follow up client & internal approval/sign off for standard approval procedures
• Contract management system maintenance
• General administration support to the Contracts team
