Role: West Market Product Supply Manager
Location: Preference is Lethbridge, but open to remote in Western Canada.

Manage the performance of product supply, fill rate, for the Western Canada Market. With a focus on growing sales partnership through consistent communication and involvement. Work with transportation, warehousing, IMOPs, Division, Co-Packers, Sales, and other stakeholders to balance safety, fill rate, cost, capacity, and downtime to meet the variability in sales demand. Accountable for managing total product supply West Supply chain including production scheduling and materials availability for both the Lethbridge and Taber facilities.

  • Manage a variety of projects as they relate to existing and new Beverage businesses, new products, new product commercialization support, effective co-packer capacity utilization, product improvements, and business program execution.
  • Responsibility for various day-to-day execution and coordination of business programs within the supply chain. Resolve issues among functional groups and locations.
  • Manage the supply chain implications of ongoing and emerging initiatives, such and display pallets, improved forecasting efforts, promotions, old age, etc..
  • Develop supply chain strategies and implement tactics that support key KPIs and major programs.
  • Be able to work through difficult customer service situations with other supply chain functions (plant and co-pack operations, purchasing, logistics, quality, etc)
  • Accountable to insure proper forecasts, relationships, KPI and ordering practices with suppliers are in place so the supply chain can effectively run. Coach and develop team in line with our career development programs.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or similar field
  • Minimum 3-5yrs experience in Frito Lay supply chain with DRP/SAP programs familiarity preferred
  • Strong Office Skills: Worksheets, Pivot Tables, Presentations, SAP
  • Ability to work in an unstructured environment with the ability to make trade-off decisions quickly
  • Ability to lead a team-based approach to decision making
  • Strong leadership with the ability to get results through mentoring skills
  • Effective coaching, facilitation, presentation, and team building skills
  • Ability to think quickly, creatively and challenge team to do the same
  • High drive for results and support key strategies
