Your Role and Responsibilities

You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.
Your Role and Responsibilities :
IBM’s SAP SuccessFactors consulting business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a new, detail oriented, leader to drive this growth. As an SAP SuccessFactors Data Migration Expert (Manager or Senior Manager level) you will be responsible ensuring that our clients are set for success when it comes to transformation of their data from their legacy system to their SuccessFactors system. In addition to your advisory responsibilities, you will lead a team of IBM SuccessFactors Consultants and Data Migration experts in your engagements. You will work with an extended IBM support network to ensure that projects are delivered on time and under budget while always striving for superior value realization for our clients. You will work closely with our Canadian SAP SuccessFactors Practice Leadership team and help drive our talent and go to market strategies.
As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along our Talent Transformation consulting practice.
Location:
  • Canada-wide; any city within close proximity to a major airport. At this point, all our work is 100% remote. Once the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions are lifted and it is safe to resume travel, you may have to travel within Canada and/or globally.


Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementations
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • Deep understanding of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module or alternatively SAP HCM Experience
  • Implementation experience of Employee Central independently or as a shadow resource will be a plus
  • Experience helping clients transform and get their HR data ready for SuccessFactors
  • Experience leading data migration teams
  • Experience drafting data migration plans and strategies
Willingness and ability to travel up to 4 days a week once pandemic restrictions are lifted, and it is safe to resume travel

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC PA/OM and Payroll data
  • Knowledge of Employee Central Portlets and SAP HVM Infotypes.
Fluency in French and/or Spanish

Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
