Position: Plant Maintenance

Location: CTV – Agincourt

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience

Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. Scheduled shifts.  Overtime as required.

Responsibilities:

• Maintenance of HVAC units
• Operation of Metasys Building Automation System
• Electrical Repairs and Minor Installations
• Some housekeeping tasks
• Some grounds work
• Fire Safety Equipment Inspection

Qualifications:

• 5 – 7 years experience in plant maintenance or related activity
• BES Certificate, preferably level 1 or 2 or related engineering equivalent
• Ability to read architectural, mechanical and electrical drawings and schematics
• Excellent organizational skills
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work independently
• Electrical experience
• Experience maintaining HVAC systems

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
