Manager of Workplace & Culture

The Manager of Workplace & Culture will ensure efficient and effective internal workflow and cultivate a culture of belonging for all Pride at Work Canada staff and volunteers. They will be accountable for all activities related to financial reporting, budgeting, general human resources, employee engagement and internal business processes.

Program Admin Coordinator

The Program Admin Coordinator will support the Programs team by managing all administrative aspects of Pride at Work Canada’s programs, which includes tracking and following-up on program progress and deliverables and collaborate with various program stakeholders assisting them in achieving the day-to-day program and reporting requirements. Bilingual in English & French required.

Program and Engagement Coordinator

The Program and Engagement Coordinator is integral to the successful rollout and facilitation of Pride at Work Canada’s Ambassador and Community Partnership programs, webinars and educational resources within the Community and Proud partners.

Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing the marketing strategy for Pride at Work Canada and for developing, preparing and deploying various digital marketing and social media campaigns. The position will also assist in developing content marketing assets. Some administrative tasks to campaign management will also be required.

Project Manager, Research

The Project Manager, Research (1 year temporary contract) will be responsible for developing and leading the successful completion of the project “Skills for safe and inclusive workplaces and the advancement of members of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities”. This role oversees the planning and execution of the project and provides leadership to the Project Coordinator. The Manager will use statistical methods and analytical techniques to interpret and present information on research to support programs, plans and development initiatives.

Project Coordinator, Research

The Project Coordinator, Research (1 year temporary contract) will be responsible for providing administration and analytical support to the Project Manager to ensure the successful completion of the project “Skills for safe and inclusive workplaces and the advancement of members of 2SLGBTQIA+ communities”. This role supports the planning and execution of the project, as well as provides correspondence with internal and external partners. In addition, the Project Coordinator, Research also creates and maintains databases for the storage and retrieval of contacts, information, and records.
