Introduction
IBM Consulting has one of the largest MuleSoft professional services organization globally. We are experiencing exponential growth needing a Sales and Delivery executive in MuleSoft Professional services as part of IBM’s Hybrid Cloud division.

As an Associate Partner, you will support IBM’s consistent growth by bringing to the table your business development, sales, account management, and delivery skills. This is a Sales and Delivery role that is fluid with high potential for growth into multiple area’s including branching into the creation of the candidate’s own sales and delivery team under their management. The ideal candidate should have a combination of Technical Sales, Architect or Program director previously.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales discussions with clients from executive to C-level, including a proven ability to define and shape winning solutions for clients
• Become a trusted advisor to our clients and help them connect their business strategies
• Understand our client’s strategic needs, short and long-term business objectives and then articulate and formulate proposals and statements of work which are aligned
• Assist in defining the Hybrid Cloud practice portfolio of offerings and continually seek opportunities to develop business
• Establish client value propositions that tie key strategic, financial, and operational metrics directly to near and long-term business improvement
• Contribute to external eminence of IBM and the Hybrid Cloud Practice through conferences and seminars
• Drive sales and project delivery with IBM Account management executives
• Drive sales and alliance relationships with IBM strategic partners
• Drive professional development of team members

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Extensive Consulting experience of MuleSoft services; or other API Management Integration platforms (IBM, Apigee, Oracle, Boomi, Kong, Tibco, Informatica)
• Sold and Delivered for API / Microservices or Enterprise Integration (EIP) platform transformations programs which may include Salesforce, SAP transformations
• Strong skills in pre-sales , business case dev, leadership and communication
• Min 10-15 years experience working in leading IT consulting team
• Bilingual English and French (verbal and written) for work location in Quebec region

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience leading solutions on proposals and responses for new business, as well as complex transformation programmes. Ability to articulate the specific industry and transformation challenges presented by cloud and application modernization
• MuleSoft certification is an asset
• High-level understanding Container orchestration platforms like Openshift, AKS, EKS, GKE, IKS etc.
• Strong CxO relationships and ability to build and maintain these
• Developing and recommending innovative approaches to reaching project and technical goals
• Feasibility Study – Identify and articulating business use cases
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Cloud platform topologies
• Knowledge of Cloud Transformation & Migration approaches
• Knowledge of DevSecOps design and implementation
• Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to overcome day-to-day issues in pursuit of the end goal
• First-class communication skills – an ability to engage persuasively with senior stakeholders both inside IBM and with clients
