Your role:

  • Help implement practices to support and monitor Card business processes
  • Understand and resolve issues of alignment between business and technology
  • Lead committees and workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors in order to understand business scenarios and issues
  • Perform analyses (feasibility, impacts, processes) and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Analyze, document, and prioritize different business requirements and needs
  • Identify, analyze and document current processes, then propose, confirm and disseminate target processes using recognized modelling techniques
  • Develop communication deliverables to support a shared understanding of issues and promote stakeholder engagement

Your profile:

  • Completed bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience OR other diploma and several years of relevant experience (suggested)
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Tempo/Confluence
  • Knowledge of methods for analyzing organizational processes
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, Teams) 
  • Knowledge of banking systems and processes
  • Self-starter, responsible, and fast problem-solver
  • Able to analyze and summarize information
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills
  • Able to influence and convince others and initiate necessary changes
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French)
