This exciting new role is a shared role between the Technology team and the Data Science team.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will support end-to-end project implementation of our CDM solutions (hardware and software) by ensuring reporting requirements are collected and documented, monitoring metrics are in place, and reporting on performance metrics from multiple systems are accessible for self serve means to the project stakeholders.

As the Business Systems Analyst, you are the owner of a reporting vertical (Support and Operations) and the go to contact from multiple stakeholders. This presents you with the unique opportunity to see your business intelligence strategy come to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain visualizations and reports using software packages in Dynamics 365 (mandatory) and Power Bi to communicate, explain and help clients, management & operations make smarter decisions.  

• You will be tasked to automate reports 

• You will need to generate insights from the reporting to move the business forward 

• You will be a data detective. The dataset is not clean and is across multiple data sources. Data investigation using Dynamics 365, cleaning and flagging suspicious data is needed and is a core part of the role. 

• You will facilitate requirement gathering sessions with multiple stakeholders and is the lead CDM contact for all Technology and Operations reporting.  

• This is a complex role that will work with multiple stakeholders. You will need to enforce that you are the lead for CDM Ops reporting and drive requirements forward.  

• Deliver an end-to-end technology story - drive solutions to support operations tickets. Identify the underlying causes of a problem, including problem identification, classification, diagnosis, and closure

This role has the potential to transition into a data science role depending on aptitude and career growth.  

What You Offer:

• 2 years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365’s business intelligence capabilities.

• Working experience using PowerBI 

• 1 year of project management experience
