Position Summary:

The incumbent will act as a representative to our competitors for all requests for products and services and to perform various tasks within the team.

 

Mains Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that it meets the performance indicators set by the company and / or the CRTC
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge on the products and services offered, business rules and procedures to be applied
  • Processes, negotiates and concludes the agreement with the client and ensures that it complies with the company's business rules, applicable conditions, procedures and recommendations established and dictated by regulatory affairs and / or marketing. - Carry out after-sales service activities, invoicing, removals, and general information, solve customer problems or refer them to the service concerned
  • Ensuring and maintaining a quality of response to customers by being available and taking steps to communicate with the client in a timely manner
  • Process requests for circuits (ex: DS1, EI, IPVPN etc.) and request from Bell Canada "USSO" customers
  • Process transaction requests in the PIC / CARE system, DMS AND WEB METHODS
  • Responding to requests for portability made entries in systems. (Application by Telebec and Bell Aliant)
  • All work related to the demands of competitors

 

Minimum Position Requirements:

  • INFOCOM, SEIBEL, Khamai
  • General knowledge: word, Excel, share point, etc
  • Knowledge of Data products and other business products such as Centrex, Long Distance, Internet, ISDN 23B + D, ALN, DS1, DS3, IP VPN, Ethernet etc
  • Experience in customer service business
  • Minimum 6 months experience within the company
  • Result oriented
  • Ability to manage priorities
  • High learning capacity
  • Be autonomous, motivated and dynamic
  • Professionalism and high level of confidentiality
  • Strong interest in new technology
  • Bilinguism is required (French, English)                                                                                                      

 

Work conditions :

  • Work schedule: Available from Monday to Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM


 

 

Bilingualism is required (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
