The Opportunity

The Category Sales Development Analyst – Fresh Poultry is a key team member, supporting CSD – Fresh Poultry, whose primary mandate is to support the flawless transition of the Fresh Poultry business to the London Poultry facility.
  • Supports CSD Manager – Poultry in London Poultry business migration
  • Critical ‘liaison’ between London Poultry Transition Team and Sales
  • Supports London Poultry Customer Playbook Execution (Executing week to week migration activities across selling teams)
  • Supports development of communication materials (External and Internal) and performance reporting
  • Issue resolution and daily hypercare including contingency planning, recommendations, and execution
  • Support/own overall stewardship of customer experience (minimal disruption, maximum sales)
  • Support/own the commercial action tracker, change impact assessments (CIA) as well as risk mitigations (FMEA) for commercial execution
  • Provide subject matter expertise (commercial) on steering and program updates

What you will bring:

  • Must strongly demonstrate our Maple Leaf Leadership values
