Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM’s SuccessFactors business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a new leader to drive this growth. As a Chief Solution Architect – SAP SuccessFactors, you will be responsible for shaping the HRIT landscape of our top national and international clients. You will provide thought leadership, review and advice on hire to retire processes and solution integration within SuccessFactors modules, 3rd Party solutions, and build new methods and tools to be used across all our projects. You will work closely with our Canadian Practice Leadership team and help drive our talent and go to market strategies.
As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along our Talent Transformation consulting practice.
Location:

• Canada-wide; any city within close proximity to a major airport. At this point, all our work is 100% remote. Once the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions are lifted and it is safe to resume travel, you may have to travel within Canada and/or globally.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in multiple end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors consulting
• Proven track record of implementation success
• Multiple SAP SuccessFactors certifications
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 4 days a week once pandemic restrictions are lifted, and it is safe to resume travel

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluency in French and/or Spanish is an asset

Must have the ability to work in Canada without sponsorship.
