The role

Working assigned sales leads, you will forge your own success by going door-to-door and connecting with prospective customers. What's in it for you:
• As a Part-Time Field Sales Representative, you can decide your own paycheque by making commissions on top of your base pay (almost equivalent to a full-timer)
• $500.00 BONUS when you hit 3 months, and then $1000.00 at your One Year Anniversary!

A typical day

You will spend all your time out in the community, meeting potential customers, evaluating their needs, and connecting them with the right Shaw products and services. While most of your time will be spent door-to-door, you may also attend events where you will connect with people from all walks of life, selling Shaw services. You will also be supported by your team lead and your sales coach and you will meet with them on a regular basis.

Your skills/experience

• Sales experience is an asset, but we are more interested in someone who brings a positive attitude and a driven personality.
• We're looking for people who have the ability to engage customers in person, and who are willing to spend time in the field - rain or shine.
• We like people who like people – you are motivated by the idea of meeting a wide variety of individuals, and you can talk to anybody.
• We're looking for people who want to work hard, grow, and reap the rewards.

Other details

• You will need to be available Wednesday - Thursday 3:30 PM-7:30 PM, and Saturday - Sunday 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.
• A valid, unrestricted driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is a requirement.
• You will be asked to provide a 3-year driver’s abstract.
•This position requires the successful completion of a criminal (and credit) background check

•As a condition of employment, all new employees will be required to provide proof of full vaccination with a federally approved COVID-19 vaccine (or proof of a valid exemption)
