We are now recruiting for a temporary (up to 6 months) HR Administrator (HRIS) in our Human Resources team. The role will be working hybrid from our head office in Burnaby, BC. Apply this week if you would like to take on this role.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

The HR Administrator (HRIS) is responsible for supporting payroll cutoff tasks, being the first point of contact for employees with Workday questions, updating data and generating reports in the system.

In this role, you work closely with the Ability Management Advisor to complete short-term disability claim forms and WorkSafeBC employer forms.

You would assist HR in administering building access cards, enrolling staff in the performance management system, support Talent Acquisition with onboarding documentation of new employees, completing ICBC requests regarding employees and create employee files.

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role

  • Minimum 1 year experience working with an HRIS (preferably Workday) with components of HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking and Absence)
  • Proficient use of MS Office Suites (Office, Excel, Outlook)
