We are now recruiting for a permanent HR Administrator in our Human Resources team. The role will be working hybrid from our head office in Burnaby, BC. Apply this week if you would like to take on this role.

Key Ways This Position Makes An Impact

The HR Administrator provides demonstrated experience in staffing administrative processes and is responsible for aspects of adding new hires, changing position status, termination of employees, and leave of absence entries in Workday. The HR Administrator is the first point of contact for inquiries related to our Workday, updating employee data, and generating reports from Workday.

This role will work closely with the HR team on a variety of HR projects and employee programs.

In this role, you will support Talent Acquisition with onboarding, letters of employment, testing candidates and administering building access cards.

This role updates content in Workday including time tracking, payroll issues and process improvements.

Key Experiences You Bring To This Role

  • Minimum one year previous related experience in HR or relevant administrative position
  • Completion of a certificate, diploma, or degree in Human Resources
  • Experience with and HRIS (Workday preferably)
  • Strong attention to accuracy
  • Proficient use of standard Microsoft Office Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
