POSITION OVERVIEW
The overall purpose of this position is to increase parts and accessory sales and profitability for Hyundai Auto Canada Corp. and its dealer network as well as explore additional program opportunities for added sales, support and profitability.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Oversee coordination of booking programs relating to parts &accessories and seasonal campaigns.
• Oversee development of new opportunities and set-up drop-ship suppliers
• Management of accessories development with Mobis
• Working with suppliers/vendor to improve the overall competitiveness, sales, and profit for Hyundai and our dealers
• Working with Parts Pricing Analyst to set sales objectives for booking programs, parts and accessories by category
• Coordinate communication to Dealer Network and Field staff
• Maintain department budgets and vendor rebate tracking
• Support senior manager in updating and maintain drop ship vendor contracts
• Oversee drop ship accounts and provide performance analysis and proposals for improvement
• Create and coordinate incentive/reward programs for dealer engagement and support RPSM team in implementation
• Create a permanent second line of parts and accessory products

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Completion of an undergraduate degree …or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• 5-7 years of relevant experience in same or similar experience

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills
• Excellent MS Office skills specifically Excel.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of Canadian automotive market.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong relationship building skills
