The Sales Compensation Manager role is an exciting new position on the ThoughtExchange Revenue Operations Team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end variable compensation for the revenue organization (from BDRs to Account Execs to Customer Success Managers), and will be a business partner to the Revenue, Finance, and People teams. 

This position requires an innovative and analytical thinker who can work across multiple functions to support and maintain monthly, quarterly, and annual processes related to compensation for our Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development teams. This includes both taking over our existing compensation workflow, as well as building out scalable processes for running a world class sales compensation program. To be successful in this role, you are able to balance strategic objectives with tactical execution.

You will be instrumental in building out compensation plans to align to our strategic initiatives, as well as auditing and analyzing performance results so we can continue to improve. You will be responsible for ensuring adequate controls are in place while supporting our financial and reporting systems. 
In this full time position, you will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations. The Revenue Operations Team is responsible for things like workflow and processes, data and insights, tools, and enablement across the revenue teams.
