PointClickCare is seeking a highly motivated, determined, results-oriented Sales Operations Analyst with a demonstrated track record of increasing and accelerating growth via effective sales process design and implementation, sales performance monitoring and measurement, sales reporting and analytics, and effective use of Salesforce.com.

The successful candidate for the Sales Operations Analyst position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and process design skills, and demonstrate effective working relationships with the sales team and management. We are seeking a Sales Operations Analyst with a demonstrated track-record of improving sales process and Salesforce automation tools (e.g. Salesforce.com) a high value asset to the sales team and the broader organization.

As the Sales Operations Analyst you will be at the center of rapid and exciting grow, deeply involved with Collective Medical's C-Suite, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, and collaborating with the field-based sales team, marketing, as well as customer success, IT and product.
