As a Senior Coordinator, Compliance you will contribute to the information management effort, the organizational efficiency, the development and evolution of tools and to increasing the quality of the output produced by the Market Surveillance team.

Your role :

  • Organize, manage and update information.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation and evolution of collaboration tools.
  • Prepare presentations, produce and review reports and documents for the team and ensure their quality.
  • Participate in the implementation of an effective onboarding process for new employees.
  • Plan and organize team activities and meetings, coordinate efforts, prepare the agenda and take the minutes.
  • Make the necessary travel arrangements and processing expense reports.

You will report to the Senior Director, Market Surveillance and IT Infrastructure. The Market Surveillance team is expanding. We are looking for people who have an intellectual curiosity, an entrepreneurial spirit and an advanced sense of collaboration. You will be part of a team of engaged, successful and autonomous professionals. The team will distinguish itself by the complementary skill-sets of its members and by their ability to help each other and have fun together.

Competencies required :

  • College diploma and 5 years of relevant experience;
  • Advanced knowledge of collaboration tools Yammer, Teams, Confluence and more particularly SharePoint;
  • Computer proficiency, including Tableau, the Microsoft Office suite, and more particularly its Power Apps and Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Excellent organizational skills, prioritization of requests and communication skills;
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness.

Preferred competencies :

  • Fluent in English and French both written and spoken.
  • Interpersonal skills, partnership building and a customer-centric approach
