As a Senior IT Analyst, you’ll contribute to developing our new architecture and transforming our technological ecosystem. You’ll work on challenging large-scale projects and collaborate closely with colleagues in all Bank sectors. Come join us in the IT Delivery, Data and Analytics team!

Your role

• Interact with the different stakeholders to understand business needs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary, cross-sector teams (business line, developers, analysts, solutions architect, etc.) and offer various different types of analyses (business, functional, data, QA)
• Diagnose problem situations and help solve complex problems
• Understand the impact of technology on business processes, applications and data in order to enrich the analyses performed
• Be accountable for the quality of the analyses performed
• Develop functional solutions by working closely with developers
• Develop your skills and acquire related skills to adapt to needs.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5 years of relevant experience OR other diploma in a related field and several years of relevant experience
• Experience delivering large-scale programs
• Proven experience as a business, functional and data analyst in a complex ecosystem
• Proven experience in QA
• Knowledge of modern ecosystem concepts, technology and solutions: domain architecture, microservices, APIs, streaming, cloud technologies, DevOps, etc.
• Knowledge of data management and governance
• Experience in delivery in Agile mode
• Experience with CI/CD
• Ability to build relationships of trust
• Diligent, able to work independently and take charge
• Team player, a self-starter with good communication skills
• Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), an asset.
