POSITION OVERVIEW
The main responsibilities will be to develop and manage a comprehensive 360o view of the customer including enterprise reporting, marketing automation and advanced security and data protection. The role will also oversee the DCXT planning, design and implementation phases across multiple business units including IT, customer relations, marketing, service, sales, field staff and dealer network. This position will also have to work with multiple global stakeholders as well as a consulting team. Work with marketing to design, develop and implement ongoing, automated customer and lead communications.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop, grow and manage Hyundai’s customer database (collection, cleansing and analysis).
• Oversee the development and implementation of systems, tools and processes to collect consumer information (owner & prospect) through online and offline channels and manage leads through aging and nurturing processes.
• Analyze performance and develop reports that measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
• Develop online tools that complement www.hyundaicanada.com in collecting and utilizing data provided by site visitors.
• Provide direction, guidance to oversight of the Information Technology (IT) group and external vendors in the development of online tools.
• Monitor trends and technologies within the online marketing space.
• Develop and manage Hyundai’s lead management system processes and procedures. Implement best practice advice and training for the Hyundai dealer network to increase conversion to sales performance based on leads provided centrally.
• Facilitate and develop a robust After Sales marketing programme utilizing CRM tools and resources.
• Lead DXCT implementation for Hyundai and Genesis Canada. Be a champion for change.
• Develop and manage the strategy, planning, design, and implementation of the Salesforce-based platform in Canada. Ensure successful project completion: on-time, within budget, and meeting operational needs
• Manage the overall schedule and progress of the project for Canada, ensuring we are meeting key milestones throughout the project.
• Partner with North American DCXT leadership team to oversee end-to-end implementation. Ensure alignment with the global strategy and business standard, as well as with local market customization.
• Facilitate and oversee meetings and activities for discovery, requirements gathering, rules definition, design, development, launch, and change management. Participate in user acceptance testing as needed.
• Identify issues and opportunities, analyze implications and impact, and recommend solutions
• Provide thought leadership, including new ideas, trends, and best practices related to DCXT
•Track performance / KPIs related to DCXT, including data analysis and insights

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Completion of an undergraduate degree…or an equivalent combination of experience and education
• 10+ years of relevant experience in same or similar function with automotive experience being desirable

REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Experience with and understanding of complex Database marketing techniques including, but not limited to, system set-up and configurations, segmentation, analysis, data feeds and familiar with the legal framework around database marketing in Canada.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent presentation skills – ability to distil complex analysis and programme recommendations into concise management information.
• Strong organization skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
