Purpose

 

Provides end -to-end change management for specific projects and initiatives. Follows standard change management practices, with a continuous improvement mindset. Ensures changes are fully implemented through organized communication and training.

These projects include (but are not limited to) meeting regulatory and audit requirements, business process changes, operational efficiency improvements, process reengineering, and infrastructure upgrades and deployment. Where the role involves supporting a much larger project, these FCRM strategic projects are often highly complex and large-scale in nature, spanning multiple functions and/or business groups/LOBs.

 

Accountabilities 

 

•    Leads and drives a customer focused culture throughout their team to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge.

•    Develops and implements strategies and processes with the stakeholders in areas such as performance metrics, change management and communication.

•    Provides feedback on opportunities to improve existing processes and toolsets.

•    Active Facilitation and Participation in regular meetings with stakeholders, including senior management.

•    Providing a focus on operational excellence, that is service / customer oriented.

•    Build and facilitate presentations for stakeholder assessment, change management planning and implementation.

•    Build & manage strong stakeholder relationship at the executive level.

•    Provide input to improve AML PMO Change Management methodologies and implement across the delivery teams.

•    Develops & nurtures to excellent stakeholder satisfaction.

•    Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

•    This is a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required.

 

Education / Experience

 

•    Bachelors/University degree, MBA nice to have
•    Expert knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices, PMP nice to have
•    Multi-cultural and x-region experience 
•    Proven ability to build and facilitate presentations
•    Ability to build & manage strong stakeholder relationship at the executive level.
•    Excellent influence, negotiation and collaboration skills.
•    Applies appropriate expert knowledge and methods to resolve very complex business issues Leadership ability to build & manage a cross cultural, cross tower, cross business team for effective & efficient customer support.
•    Develops & consistently applies Quality & Continuous Improvement Plans.
•    Ability to develop & present high impact message to executive level management.
•    Excellent communication skills: verbal, written & presentation 
•    Crisis & conflict management.
