Description
Site Manager is responsible for the successful development, implementation, execution, demobilization, and close-out of a Site Services project. The primary responsibilities are to plan, direct, coordinate, manage cost and budget, and personnel activities concerned with the provision of site services. The site manager position will make decisions in areas that may impact the organization and its employees, clients, budgets, policies, procedures, work practices, or compliance programs.
Site Services® is an AMECO contracted service that supports construction indirect scopes of work on projects. The core segments of indirect services are the provision of Products such as construction equipment, scaffolding, tools, consumables and safety supplies and the Services that support the products such as equipment planning and forecasting management, maintenance, fueling to include the administrative staff and craft labor.
Principle Responsibilities
• Effectively interprets and executes the prime contract in a manner that mitigates risk and delivers financial enhancements to the project.
• Develops, maintains, and continually improves client relations
• Establish invoicing protocol with client AP personnel and ensure timely invoice issuance
• Participates in client construction planning and management meetings and provides communications to the site services management team regarding any/all changes in scope or action items.
• Provides day to day management ensuring the provision of services are being delivered with a high level of quality and safety.
• Guarantees that all work is performed in accordance with the company’s execution standards, policy, processes, and practices.
• Implements the quality program by conducting a client alignment session and establishing a schedule for the client review process.
• Ensures the contract terms and project plans are effectively communicated with the site services staff members and craft, as required.
• Continually measures the projects financial performance against as-sold and prepares monthly profit and loss forecast reports.
• Organizes and prioritizes a variety of complex services and multiple tasks in an effective and timely manner, set priorities and meets critical time deadlines.
• Work with country manager, corporate operations, and corporate finance to determine responsibility and appropriate reporting requirements for project.
• Manage and provide continual education to all employees regarding personnel policies
