Bell Mobility is looking to cater to both newcomers and multicultural communities, and is developing a customized approach for our products and services to meet their needs.

 

As our Specialist, Marketing Communications, you will help manage various aspects of Multicultural brand marketing for all 3 brands of Bell: Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus and Lucky Mobile: from marketing communications strategy to agency briefing to campaign optimization & analysis. You will be key in the development of multicultural communications campaign and event planning.

 

Job Duties/Accountabilities:

  • Project manage multicultural advertising, direct and digital marketing campaigns for all 3 brands of Bell: Bell Mobility, Virgin Plus and Lucky Mobile including: briefing of campaigns, management of creative and media process, ensuring brand consistency and reporting on ad performance
  • Execute multicultural grass roots events in key regions, including reporting on optimizing programs quarterly
  • Understanding of multicultural consumer behaviour and experience in identifying target audiences
  • Champion brand consistency using your strong creative eye, and lead creative advertising agencies/in house creative team
  • Traffic ad campaigns accurately and efficiently with media agency
  • Manage an image library to support our multicultural initiatives in all Marketing channels (combination of stock and photo shoots)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on strategy, on time, and on budget in a fast-paced industry

 

The attributes we are looking for:

  • Degree/diploma in communications, marketing or related discipline
  • Understanding of multicultural segments and their consumer behaviour
  • Experience with mass advertising (out-of-home, social/digital, radio, print, etc.), sponsorships, direct marketing and in-store merchandising for national retail and corporate kiosks
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude i.e. able to seek out answers and understand processes
  • Positive approach to building relationships and team work
  • Possess very strong attention to detail
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. 
  • Knowledge in South Asian and/or Chinese languages an asset
