Your Role and Responsibilities
IBM’s SAP SuccessFactors consulting business is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a new technical leader to drive this growth. As an Integration Manager you will be responsible for helping our top national and international clients design, build and test the integration between HR SaaS solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workforce Time & Attendance, S/4 HANA HCM and various enterprise applications. You will work with IBM project teams ranging from 10 to 50 functional, technical and strategy consultants and lead a team of developers and technical consultants. You will work with an extended IBM support network to ensure that projects are delivered on time and under budget while always striving for superior value realization for our clients.
As a member of our larger IBM consulting team, you will be able work with the industries best, and further hone your expertise in SuccessFactors, along our Talent Transformation consulting practice.

Location:
- Canada-wide; any city within close proximity to a major airport. At this point, all our work is 100% remote. Once the COVID-19 pandemic restrictions are lifted and it is safe to resume travel, you may have to travel within Canada and/or globally.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 5+ years of experience working in client facing assignments, leading complex interface technical design and architecture design efforts, managing technical issues and risks.
- 3+ years in Integration Consultant roles on SAP SuccessFactors implementation including Core-Hybrid or Talent-Hybrid deployments.
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP Cloud Platform Integration (SCPI) middleware technology.
- Excellent understanding of XML, OData, JavaScript, JSON, Restful and SOAP APIs.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 4 days a week once pandemic restrictions are lifted, and it is safe to resume travel.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in developing Groovy or Java scripts.
- Previous implementation and/or integration experience with SAP HCM, or other established on-premises or on-demand Talent Management solutions (such as Kronos, ADP, WorkForce Software, Ceridian, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, etc.).
- Training in other modules of SuccessFactors HCM suite such as Employee Central
- Experience with other enterprise middleware or integration software for connecting applications, data, and devices such as BizTalk, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, SAP PI/PO
- Posses ‘SAP Certified Integration Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Full Cloud/Core Hybrid’ certification
- Fluency in French and/or Spanish.
