Job Description

We’re expanding our Talent Acquisition Centre of Expertise (CoE) team and we need exceptional talent with experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Technology, Process Improvement and Project Management. This role will support the entire organization and across many functions (Corporate Offices, Retail and Distribution Operations).

 

You are a builder, influencer, and change agent 

 

In this exciting role, you will manage and oversee the project management of our transformation in our TA process, technology, metrics and build the capability of our internal TA teams. You will help determine the strategy on how we build on the existing technology tools and practices that the TA teams use today. You will also continue to investigate on going changes in the industry, bring to the forefront new technology, best practices and make recommendations to your leader.

You know how to manage project plans and can provide clear direction while successfully building relationships both internally and externally. 

 

What you bring to the table: 

 

  • Leverage and manage technology and automation to improve the effectiveness, and experience of the recruitment process, inclusive of assessing and implementing efficiency improvements
  • Subject matter expert on SuccessFactors tools, providing support to users and ensuring adoption of new processes and improvements
  • Ensure recruitment tools (interview guides, screening tools, hiring standards, offer templates) are current and updated for all changes/improvements
  • Document project objectives, tracks project metrics and tracks key milestones and deliverables
  • Implementation and support for all TA projects - Discovery, Planning, Vendor Work, Implementation, Reporting, BAU support 
  • Support the analysis, testing, validation & implementation of external vendor technology projects
  • Further optimize and operationalize new technology projects and processes after they go live. Lead discussions with key partners to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities based on feedback and observations
  • Lead building out and regular reporting out of dashboard metrics with some analytical and qualitative reporting
  • Support survey generation and reporting as required

Job Requirements

 

What you have to offer: 

 

  • Project management skills and experience in the development and delivery of processes, tools and programs
  • Experience in an HR or Recruiting capacity including end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Knowledge and experience in current TA technology, trends and products is preferred 
  • Experience with ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle inclusive of direct relationships with hiring Managers, Candidates and owning vendor relationships
  • Experience in retail an asset
  • Bilingual (English and French) is preferred
  • An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
