Reporting to the Group Retirement Sales and Development Director, being Group Retirement Analyst will be to become a trusted professional for the whole National Bank Trust team and to offer quality services and support so we always meet customer’s expectations.
On a day to day?
- Develop, coordinate, and update management tools and documents.
- Be involved in the production and distribution of pertinent documents to support sales and services efforts for our clients.
- Develop and provide business analysis of our different business segments.
- Participate and contribute in different ongoing BNT projects.
Competencies Required
- Completed Bachelor’s degree, linked to the business field, with 3 pertinent years of experience or Master’s degree, linked to the business field, with 1 pertinent year of experience
- Bilingual (oral/written) French and English
- AMF appropriate license (completed or on the way) is preferred
- Customer service experience
- Group retirement plan industry knowledge
- Thorough follow up skills with client
- Capacity for analysis and synthesis
- Good time and priority management skills
- Ability in group presentation
