You will also work closely with Petro-Canada’s wholesale customers, providing reports and best practices that help them realize the full potential of Petro-Canada’s programs and services that are aligned to their desired business goals and outcomes.

You will use your expertise to:

  • Provide best in-class service and customer relationship management to existing and new wholesale customers; create reports based on customer needs and provide trusted recommendations and best practices to utilize Petro-Canada’s product management platforms (i.e., SuperPass Online, On Site Refueling Website, Wholesale Online)
  • Coordinate with sales, credit, pricing, and our partner marketers to set up new wholesale accounts, while ensuring the security and reliability of fuel supply to customers
  • Play a key role in coordinating tenders and proposals to help the sales teams acquire new business or retain existing business
  • Handle ad hoc customer inquiries and/or challenges, and leverage your problem-solving skills to determine effective business solutions
  • Capture all customer activities within the D365 Customer Relationship Management system
  • Provide backup support for Sales teams and other Customer Success Representatives
  • Develop and/or enhance internal and external relationships through the identification and promotion of idea sharing, fostering team building and participating in the sales development process

Must-haves (minimum requirements):

  • One year of business to business (B2B) customer support experience
  • A post-secondary education
  • Bilingual (English and French) – please submit your resume in English
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration skills that enable you to build strong, positive relationships with diverse groups
  • A passionate for problem-solver with a track record of providing solutions to customers within accepted guidelines or practices
  • Exceptional time management skills, are results-focused and a strong team player
  • The ability to gain credibility and trust with internal and external customers and individuals throughout all levels of an organization
  • Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
  • Alignment with our values: safety above all else, stronger together, operational discipline, curiosity and lifelong learning, and act with integrity

Preference for:

  • Demonstrated selling skills
  • Industry market knowledge, products, customers, competitors, and pricing
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, SAP, and Business Warehouse Queries

Where you’ll be working, your work schedule, and other important information:

  • You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.
  • Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
