RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Director Business Intelligence and Analytics, the Data Informatics Manager is responsible for developing sustainable datasets and reporting assets for the Sales Operations Organization.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, developing, delivering and maintaining a sustainable data architecture and associated ETL processes.
  • Identifying common reporting elements and maintaining governed datasets and assets for consumption by other team members
  • Effectively leveraging data to generate new insights, automating manual processes, and driving operational process improvement
  • Coordinating with peers and leadership to prioritize requirements and development activities
  • Utilizing past experience and knowledge to recommend appropriate business process solutions to new business requirements.
  • Participating in the development of data strategies and vendor evaluations associated with core technologies used for data, analytics, reporting, data science, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and all related ecosystems
  • Striving for best practices, agility and strong user adoption

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 7 years with a BS/BA or 5 years with a MS/MA
  • 4-5 years implementing & managing BI platforms and related analysis tools with large complex data sets from various sources, ideally with a focus on Finance and Tech.
  • Strong knowledge of relational Databases or Data warehouses
  • Experience and understanding of a variety of analytical processes including but not limited to data governance, quality, and measurement
  • Experience exploring, implementing, and deploying advanced capabilities, including cognitive technology, ML/AI, and RPA
  • Confident with a scripting language (Python, R, SQL, etc.) to build data models and ETLs
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, building and maintaining trust with internal stakeholders
  • Hands on experience with Looker, Tableau, Power BI, and/or QlikView
