The Consumer Health organization is on a journey to become a Digital-First organization. The Digital Transformation Office is driving the overall Digital transformation, by building and deploying end-to-end digital solutions that solve unmet needs and generate value through a fully integrated digital ecosystem. Along the journey, this team is transforming underlying business processes, building sustainable support model, and driving adoption of digital tools that generate new value and improve employee, customer, and consumer experiences. Team members of the DTO demonstrate strong experience in supply chain, end to end thinking, digital acumen and ensure proper linkages to the digital strategies of partner functions (R&D, Commercial, Quality etc.).
To enable the delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions and new ways of working, the Digital Transformation Office is building foundational, reusable, and scalable data assets. The Product Data Asset Owner designs and manages the end-to-end data lifecycle, and execution of data sourcing, harmonization, and curation for Product Data. This individual will be responsible for defining and governing data management standards within the Product Data domain, and partner with various data management and operations teams to define and implement data standards and improve business processes in support of data quality.
He/she will collect data requirements from data consumers, capability owners, and digital product owners within the Product Data domain or across domains, communicate data requirements to data providers and monitor compliance to these requirements. This individual will coordinate with business process stakeholders to ensure that the proper business context and impact are considered in discussions regarding specific data elements.
The Product Data Asset owner will leverage advanced analytics, intelligent automation, data science, and other cutting-edge technology to continuously improve processes and drive greater value and efficiency in overall data management processes.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals.
