What This Position is All About
As a Workday Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Workday for SO5 by working closely with the internal teams and a solution partner.

You Also Have:

• Full lifecycle HR and/or Financials ERP project management experience implementing Workday implementations within a consulting and/or IT services environment
• Direct experience implementing Workday, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, Salesforce or similar applications
• Consulting experience either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software company.
• Proven track record of business development skills
• Excellent organization, time management, and communication skills and passion for customer service
• Strong business writing skills with experience in the production of business cases, requirement documentation, tender documents, contracts, statements of work and change requests
• Demonstrable success in identifying and taking appropriate action on opportunities for additional business
• Strong commercial judgement, with a proven track record in the execution of contract and commercial terms applying to the project
• Experience of running a diverse and remote team

As the Workday Director, You Will:

• Managing the implementation lifecycle for Workday programs from discovery, development, testing, deployment and post-implementation
• Acting as the key owner between functional and technical teams
• Offering experience within HCM/Finance solutions to provide functional insight and thought-leadership
• Providing project management leadership and guidance to the SO5 team
• Managing all aspects of project delivery including project planning, resourcing, milestone tracking and where required project oversight working with a Manager or Senior Manager level
