The Wealth Management Technology Partners team is responsible for providing innovative and secure solutions for Wealth Management. This includes delivering trading solutions and digital platforms for National Bank Independent Network (NBIN).

Your role

• Mobilizing and supporting Agile product teams to deliver quality based value in a repeatable manner
• Ensuring the implementation of Agile ways of working for targeted teams in complex technological environments
• Act as a change agent within the organization to drive continuous improvement and adapt processes to maximize productivity throughout the delivery life cycle
• Lead teams towards becoming truly self-organizing and cross-functional
• Train, support and optimize the efficiency of one or more agile teams in Scrum or Kanban through the team's delivery, maintenance, and operation activities
• Support and train product owners & local leaders to live the implementation of Agile principles
• Assist the product owner to maximize the return on investment, meet set objectives and manage the product backlog
• Organize and animate the squad ceremonies, bringing creativity to retrospectives to drive engagement and constant growth
• Promote transparency on the progress of work inside and outside the team, as well as make visible the outcomes delivered.
• Participate in the adoption of an Agile and DevOps culture within the company, in business lines in addition to the Information Technology sector.

Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or University certificate/undergraduate with pertinent experience
• 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software solution delivery context

• Applied knowledge of Kanban practices, using delivery metrics for optimizing flow of work and addressing constraints
• Experience in transitioning teams to Agile and DevOps practices, desirable
• Knowledge of banking and finance, desirable
• Ability to structure and lead multidisciplinary and multi-level stakeholder meetings
• Ability to synthesize and communicate in a non-technical language
• Strong communication, influence, and negotiation skills
• Advanced knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Demonstrated ability to shield the team from distractions or interference
• Practiced at facilitating user story writing/splitting, story mapping and release planning
• First level Scrum Master certification (CSM/PSM)
• KMP Foundation 1, desirable
• Knowledge of SAFe, desirable
• Knowledge of English (spoken, written).
