Being a senior administration agent means coaching fellow Account Agents in order to optimize their contribution to the management and support of clients in their financing needs and to play a leading role in the transformation of our business line.

The varied and complex administrative tasks will allow you to acquire and share in-depth knowledge at several levels.


This position reports to Senior Manager - Canada Real Estate Sales Support,  located in Montreal

Your main challenges:

  • Actively contribute to developing practical solutions to our operational challenges by working closely with transformation teams, banking products, remote services, operations and various major projects that have a direct impact on the performance of the business line.
  • Optimize the effectiveness of the accounts officer role by appropriation and implementation of new tools and procedures developed as part of the evolution of business practices and the technological parc

More specifically, you will:

  • Identify operational issues related to support activities that require priority attention and action
  • Be proactive in proposing new, simple, concrete and effective ways of doing business to improve the quality of the service being delivered
  • Support account managers by prioritizing and ensuring the complex and diverse administrative activities of our files
  • Conduct rigorous monitoring of day-to-day activities and ensure that complex files are processed on tim
  • Collect, compile and verify the accuracy of the data to be indexed in the various loan systems
  • Optimize and document operational procedures

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Bachelor's degree related to the industry and four years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the industry and two years of relevant experience OR University Certificate/PUB 1st cycle and six years of relevant experience
  • Extensive experience in sales support activities in the Real Estate Financing sector
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial loan administration
  • Analytical mind
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Good network of desirable internal contacts among our business partners
  • Expertise in priority management
  • Autonomy, organization and change management
