The Student Services Coordinator monitors the academic progress of students by creating and maintaining all records in accordance with accreditation requirements. Under the supervision of the Campus Education Manager, the Student Services Coordinator provides counsel to students and advises on available resources.
Responsibilities
Qualifications and Education
- Completion of an undergraduate humanities related degree or diploma
- Two (2) or more years of pertinent work experience in a student or customer service role
- Experience in a post-secondary or other educational environment will be considered an asset
- Experience working with content management systems (SharePoint, Moodle, etc.)
- Preparing information for start of class such as attendance lists, and student schedules
- Accurately compiling and submitting summary reports and data (i.e.; enrollment, attrition)
- Managing the Student Ambassador Program
- Building activities, with the support of members of the campus, that foster morale amongst students to build school spirit
