Depending on the role and part of the business one is in, Marsh offers various other programs including very successful Reverse Mentoring programs and courses focused on foundational Diversity & Inclusion learning, Courses are built to work together and be customized to address specific training needs of different regions and departments.  The Courses Include:  Unconscious Bias (Foundational), Creating a Culture of Inclusion and Competence (Foundational), Leading with Inclusion (Managers), Reducing Bias in the Talent Process (Talent), Facilitating and Engaging Stakeholders in I&D (HR),   Engaging Stakeholders in I&D (HR) and the I&D Market (Client).
