CORE ACTIVITIES:
• Be a working manager; assigned a number of large contracts for contractor claims management
• Maintain electronic filing of contract claims documents, correspondence (emails and letters to /from Contractor)
• Formal Correspondence to Contractors (Letters)
• Claims Management:
o Track Potential Claims in CMSi
o Lead Contracts, Construction and Project Controls with Development of Claim Analysis
o Develop Claims Mitigation and Prevention Strategies
o Review Contractor Requests for Claims and Evaluate Entitlement
o Develop Claim Rejection Letters
o Negotiate Contractor Claims
o Work with Appropriate Contracts Administrators to Prepare Contract Modifications and Contract Modification Routing Guides and Route for Approval for Approved / Negotiated Claims
