POSITION OVERVIEW
The Genesis CX & Aftersales Field Manager works with Genesis Distributors and is responsible to lead Genesis Distributor Principals and their teams through the execution of all Customer Experience and Aftersales programs; KPI attainment; process coaching in the areas of CX & Aftersales and, accelerate the Aftersales business for their respective market. This role has the mandate to drive change and grow the Genesis Aftersales business while maintaining and/or improving Customer Experience to a Top Tier Luxury Automotive standard.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Negotiate and secure commitments for yearly business plans with Genesis Distributor Principals followed by monthly assessments and action planning in all areas pertaining to Customer Experience and Aftersales including:
• Achievement of Customer Experience Targets
• GXM & GXM-O (Genesis Experience Managers-Ownership) staffing requirements
• Compliance with the Genesis Brand Standard
• Operational excellence within the Hyundai dealership to ensure existing departments support Genesis with day to day operations as it relates Customer Experience and Aftersales

• Work with the Regional Operations Manager (ROM) to drive Distributor Principal engagement for the Genesis Brand and Genesis operations through regular in-person consultations and documentation
• Work collaboratively with the Regional Parts & Service Marketing Managers at Hyundai to manage Genesis parts & accessory sales; support and manage Genesis specific booking programs; Support National Parts & Accessory accounts
• Lead and execute Distributor Process Improvement Plan (DPIP) at underperforming Genesis Distributors
• Support the Genesis Concierge team with Distributor Customer Experience & Aftersales Case Management
• Communicate all new and existing Genesis Aftersales Policies and Procedures to Distributors and ensure compliance
• Provide feedback and liaise with the internal teams in warranty and quality assurance to ensure Genesis concerns are recognized and addressed
• Provide tools, coaching and best practices to Genesis Distributors to support the achievement of Top Tier Customer Experience
• Drive Genesis Distributor’s in growing their Aftersales Business and communicate and administer all profit generating programs to all Distributors
• Monitor Genesis Connected Services (GCS) activation and ensure a process is in place at all Genesis Distributor’s to ensure proper activation
• Manage Distributor participation in all Genesis Training activities including Brand, Customer Experience, Product and Technical Training

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Completion of an undergraduate degree or, an equivalent combination of experience and education
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the luxury automotive industry
• Experience in automotive, either retail or corporate, with an understanding of day to day operations of a dealership
• Strong track record of negotiating with dealer principals and overcoming objections
• Experience in planning, executing and achieving business plans
• Willingness and ability to think differently about the automotive acquisition and ownership landscape
• Experience in driving change in a fast paced environment
• Experience coaching and motivating teams
• Strong communication, writing and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and travel on a regular basis
• Bilingual preferred
• To be able to travel and work non-standard work hours
