The IT Delivery Group supporting the fraud management and cybersecurity sectors is currently looking for a versatile IT analyst to help develop the team responsible for IT support orientations and decision-making. This position is at the centre of the sector's transformation, including new work practices and tools and a variety of initiatives.

Your role

  • Analyze requests for the monitoring of various applications across the Bank, assess their impact on the existing environment, suggest and draw up appropriate integration guidelines
  • Analyze the global integration calendar to identify potential conflicts and draw connections between the other IT groups and partners involved
  • Act as a facilitator for your team, handle and follow up on various requests
  • Provide operational support with the help of your colleagues: analyze and qualify requests while eliminating issues
  • Help optimize and consolidate controls to make them more efficient
  • Participate in the development of processes and support tools.

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and six years of relevant experience OR other diploma and several years of relevant experience 
  • IT and application management experience (changes, maintenance, upgrade)
  • Experience using security systems (e.g., Splunk ES, SOAR Phantom), an asset
  • Motivation to learn new things and challenge yourself
  • Strong ability to analyze and summarize complex situations
  • Understanding of delivery cycles and product/service lifecycles, an asset
  • Ability to take a leadership role and ensure that the objectives of various groups are met through teamwork
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage priorities
  • Must be willing to work outside of business hours
  • Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English, mandatory.
