Position: Associate Director, Global Securitization US
Purpose Contributes to the overall success of the Global Securitization team in the United States ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.
As an Associate Director in the Global Securitization US team, the position is responsible for providing delivery of the Bank’s US Term ABS and private bank finance securitization product offering. This includes client coverage with direct face-to-face (or virtual) client interactions including providing market updates, structuring advice/solutions and rating agency advisory services. The job responsibilities include effectively working on client coverage teams to support the group’s private bank finance securitization origination including structuring, analysis, diligence, documentation review and working with internal partners to support these transactions. The role also supports the distribution of ABS products to institutional accounts through our global distribution network and helps manage our participation in underwritten bond transactions.
