SUMMARY

The Administrative Asistant lll is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of a variety of services related to the ongoing operation of the building(s). This job is also responsible for the timely resolution of all client requests pertaining to property services.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as BGIS point of contact for building tenant requests during M-F 08:00 am to 4:00 pm.
  • Carry out the day-to-day execution of clerical duties to ensure BGIS operations are provided with administrative support.
  • Coordinate corporate initiatives.
  • Track site priorities and ensure that information is tracked and compiled as requested.
  • Monitor CMMS progress at site and provide timely updates on completion and near due status to site team members.
  • In some cases, enter and update Team Members’ information in HRMS.
  • Other related general administrative duties as required.
  • KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Requires three (3) years of administrative experience
  • High school education completed
  • Excellent computer skills, proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving skills
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong time management skills and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong customer focus
  • Licenses and/or Professional Accreditation

  • None required
