Your Role and Responsibilities
You have extensive experience in your field and practical experience in consulting services, including in public sector organizations. In your role as Azure Power BI lead, you will assist our client in the selection, implementation and support of the integrated solutions selected for the transformation of its organization. Candidates will use their in-depth consulting, business solutions and integrated solutions expertise to support the client in the redesign of its systems to achieve the expected results. Candidates must have demonstrated strong experience as team leaders and be able to work independently at the client's site. We are looking for consultants who are able to propose innovative solutions and whose credibility will allow us to maintain a relationship of trust with the client.

• Manage a delivery team focused on the project's business intelligence deliverables
• Accompanying the client team's lead in a context of knowledge management and knowledge transfer
• Track deliverables in Agile mode
• Integrate solution elements between teams
• Assessment of business and application requirements
• Ensure the development of functional and system specifications
• Perform suitability analysis and business process modeling
• Ensure software configuration according to business requirements
• Ensure the development and execution of tests to confirm the operational level of the functionalities.
• Proactively transfer knowledge to clients
• Tangible experience in architecture, modeling, configuration and implementation on the Azure PowerBI solution according to the Microsoft reference architecture

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in managing the development, deployment and support of complex information solutions based on Azure PowerBI technology. Experience working with remote development teams is an asset.
• Good working knowledge of the integration of various reporting tools on PowerBI
• Experience in conversion and replacement of existing operational data warehouses: analysis of the existing model, determination of the target model, loading and validation of the data
• Knowledge of PowerBI tools and Microsoft Azure environments
• Knowledge of Azure based environments, SQL DB is an asset
• Knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake and Azure databricks
• Knowledge/experience in preparing data for advanced processing (data mining) on a Azure platform is an asset
• Experience in managing the development of complex reports in an energy sector organization is an asset
• Ability to work with data and have good data analysis & engineering skills
