An innovative new way for providers to market their practice and connect with more patients on a trusted and wide-reaching health network. About the role:
Due to increased demand for our platform, Lumino Heath is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Administrator to join our Sales Operations team. The Sales Operations team is responsible for providing service and support to our sales team and to more than 150,000 health-care providers on our platform. Key priorities include; processing inbound leads and inquiries, accurate billing including subscription management, onboarding of new subscriptions, and ensuring our CRM and processes are best in class to support our scaling business.
Ideal candidates for this role are goal oriented, self-starters, who demonstrate strong attention to detail. They have a desire to learn and embrace challenge and change. They can work independently while thriving in a team setting.

Description du poste
La demande est en hausse à l’égard de notre plateforme. Lumino Santé cherche donc une personne hautement motivée et expérimentée pour le poste d’adjoint(e) à la gestion des ventes. La personne choisie se joindra à l’équipe des opérations de vente. Cette dernière assure le soutien de l’équipe des ventes et de plus de 150 000 professionnels sur la plateforme. Les priorités sont le traitement des recommandations et des demandes de renseignements entrantes et l’exactitude de la facturation. Cela comprend la gestion des abonnements et l’accueil des nouveaux abonnés. Il faut aussi s’assurer que l’outil de gestion de la relation Client (GRC) et les processus sont de premier ordre pour appuyer l’expansion des activités.
La personne idéale pour ce poste est axée sur les objectifs. Elle a le sens de l’initiative et beaucoup de minutie. Elle est animée par la volonté d’apprendre et motivée par les défis et le changement. Elle peut travailler aussi bien seule qu’en équipe.

The Base Pay range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors. In addition to Base Pay, eligible Sun Life employees participate in various incentive plans, payment under which is discretionary and subject to individual and company performance. Certain sales focused roles have sales incentive plans based on individual or group sales results.
