The individual will be responsible for supporting the general management for advertising and promotional collateral across the organization, along with responsibilities of assisting Commercial Education Manager with educational initiatives and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Improve the review and approval of promotional materials through internal copy approval process to reduce the approval duration.
  • Leads discussions with internal collaborators to ensure timely execution of projects.
  • Must prioritize independently based on workload.
  • Must develop on-going partnership with cross-functional collaborators to achieve business objectives.
  • Will provide planned & ad-hoc status updates on projects based on partner requests.
  • Takes initiative to propose and implement modifications to procedures and processes as appropriate.
  • Pro-actively identify process and technology optimization where appropriate.
  • Tracks progress of all assigned projects through internal copy approval workflow system.
  • Arrange training sessions for content submitters to streamline and optimize the Copy Approval process.
  • Maintain dashboards pertaining to copy approvals and commercial education for periodic reporting.
  • Help with New Product Initiative (NPI) launch trainings.
  • Communicate and collaborate closely with US/WW team members to identify vendors, collect proposals, and prepare reason to implement trainings on Negotiation Skills, Integrity Selling, Virtual Selling etc.
  • Liaise with US/WW team to set up Capital Selling training and help with local initiatives like Spine Training, Knee training etc.
  • Coordinate with sales leaders and identify Field Sales Trainers (FSTs) who can become Integrity Selling trainers.
  • General administrative responsibilities.
  • Effectively collaborate with US/WW counterparts to use resources required to upskill the knowledge levels of the Sales organization.
  • Proactively liaise with local marketing to identify gaps and evaluate the feasibility of crafting local training programs to fill the needs.
  • Coordinate with external vendors to organize training events in Canada.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required:

  • University Degree required or equivalent experience required
  • Excellent Time Management, sense of urgency and work organization skills
  • Past experience building, revamping or streamlining processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Project Management skills and Process Optimization skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Good interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong collaboration and teaming skills, influence
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Adobe Acrobat experience

Preferred:

  • Minimum two years related project management experience
  • Past experience with other commercial functions
  • Knowledge of Health Canada Guidelines
  • Working knowledge of current databases, products and processes is an asset (Cvent, Ariba, Emarketplace, Aravo, ICD)

Other:

  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset
  • Occasional business travel may be required
  • Requirement for long periods of sustained visual focus and concentration
  • Hybrid role - Office + work from home
