Under the direction of the Project MCPlus Lead, the MCPlus Site Lead will provide primary support at site for all MCPlus activities. The MCPlus Site Lead will provide coverage support when the Project MCPlus lead is off rotation for the coordination of the offsite fabrication MCPlus group and activities. The MCPlus Site Lead ensures effective application of tools, techniques, and programs by maintaining strategic turnover & commissioning programs, including pre-commissioning programs, and preservation programs.

Reporting to the Construction Automation Manager, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Review construction execution plans, completions execution plans and activities, contracts and subcontracts to understand requirements and deliverables as they relate to database management and system completion.
• Population, and administration of the completions management database (MCPlus). This includes working with discipline engineers as well as direct hire construction teams; construction and EPC contractors supplying data to populate the database.
• Assist with Development of standards for project documents used within the Completions Database (MCPlus), including forms, templates, and certificates.
• Assist with developing plans, procedures, and instructions to manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the Completions database
• Assist with the Development and maintenance of standards and instructions that will validate input data prior to uploading into the Completions database.
• Assist with data validation prior to uploading into the Completions database
• Works with owners of engineering, automation, and planning systems to understand the current capabilities of systems and ensure that they are being utilized to the full benefit of the department and project.
• Coordinate with third-party developers in the implementation of mobile platforms and add-on applications to enhance MCPlus functionality.
• Works with construction commissioning, and completions teams in coordinating the efficient completion and handover of facilities
• Supports system walk-downs, punch-list closure, and turnover acceptance efforts.
• Interfaces with fabrication, construction, sub-contractors, turnover & commissioning, and project groups to ensure the physical documentation requirements for the turnover of systems and facilities are complete and ready for submission
• Monitor’s progress tracking: Designs, prepares, and issues project reports which identify activities, status, and performance for the project (Completions, Punchlist, Preservation).
• Submits weekly reports outlining construction turnover progress and one-week look ahead of upcoming activities, controls punch-list database
• Aligning and incorporating new team members through coaching or other orientation practices
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing established project procedures relating to safety, work permitting and work order systems, adhering to legal requirements.
• Continually improves personal technical, commercial, and organizational knowledge and skills.
• Maintains technical knowledge by keeping current on applicable tools, processes, and best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned and requested.
