About the team

As part of Bell Business Market’s Client Service organization, the Business Intelligence analysts have the mandate to improve end-to-end customer experience through insights gained from data. The selected individual will apply analytical and statistical techniques to locate the root cause of inefficiencies in processes (people and business). Moreover, they will collaborate with operations team subject matter experts to formulate recommendations for improving Issue Resolution and the overall Customer Experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support data workflows and scripts for operational and business impact data; create new sets of queries to support business needs and optimize existing workflows.
  • Work closely with operations leadership to push the business forward, problem solve, and identify opportunities. Be a go-to expert on the business data, answering high-level questions with robust analysis.
  • Develop features using AI/ML frameworks to support operations and improve business processes.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to an executive audience.

 

Critical Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or another quantitative discipline.
  • Experience with data analysis, and experience in database querying (SQL).
  • Experience with one general programing language such as Python, R or Java and some of the most common data science libraries, such as Pandas, NumPy, SciKit-Learn and Matplotlib.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing and executing structured analyses, deriving business insights, and evaluating the impact of business decisions.

 

Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
