The Employee Experience team is looking for a Business Partner to work with leaders and support the Commercial Banking and Private Banking sector.

You will join the Employee Experience community, which focuses on helping change human behaviours in the business lines while having a positive impact on employee experience and client satisfaction.

You will stand out if you offer sound advice, are able to forge partnerships, can analyze the organization and manage change. You will have to exceed expectations and contribute to achieving the goals of the sectors you support while focusing on the overall objectives of the Bank and the strategic initiatives of the Employee Experience sector.

This position reports to the Team lead Employee Experience Business Partner Business for Commercial Banking and Private Banking.

You will work with the sectors you support and Employee Experience experts to: 

  • Understand the business issues and objectives, identify needs and suggest relevant Employee Experience strategies
  • Support the executives and develop the skills of our leaders to create the most stimulating work environment in the country 
  • Create a work environment that reduces irritants and increases positive moments, enhancing the employee experience 
  • Analyze KPIs, dashboards, and all other sources of information to identify trends and suggest adjustments to existing strategies and support the decisions for ongoing improvements to the employee experience
  • Help develop, implement and follow up Employee Experience programs, policies and procedures

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus seven years of relevant experience OR a Master's degree in a related field plus four years of relevant experience 
  • Experience advising teams, managers and senior management
  • Experience working on transformations and in project management
  • Ability to analyze data to determine trends (KPIs, performance metrics, dashboards etc.)
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to influence
  • Ability to engage and motivate various stakeholders and partners
  • Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French), essential
