The Consumer, Lead Technical Product Owner will be responsible for leading IT initiatives aimed at growing business value and outcomes in the areas of digital media, ecommerce, precision marketing and voice of consumer.

This leader will connect and influence business & IT partners, data engineers, data science and visualization teams to drive cohesive approach to development & adoption of analytics solutions across all four areas of Consumer Analytics to drive businesses focused insights and analytics.

The individual will be responsible to own the execution of digital analytics solution capabilities by bringing forth powerful digital measurement and reporting capabilities, standards, & good practices via a balance of technology, people and process, driving excellence. The scope includes leading the creation of solutions around the areas but not limited to: media (google campaign manager, DV360, SA360, trade desk, facebook, Snapchat…), web analytics (google analytics, adobe analytics), ecommerce/eretailers, CRM, DMP (NMC / salesforce / adobe / neustar) and the voice of consumer. The role is a key contributor to the creation of a data-driven culture for the J&J consumer analytics practice.

You will have a direct impact on ROAS on digital media investments in North America and globally, by enabling solutions in J&J Consumer Health.

 Responsibilities:

  • Propose, craft, and implement data integration processes & data engineering logic to drive solutions for Consumer Analytics processes that improve business value and adoption.
  • Own the delivery and support of the consumer data solutions measuring business performance across J&J digital ecosystem, including web, search, display, video, social, CRM and ecommerce/e-retailers.
  • Develop powerful measurement plans, in partnership with Business Partners.
  • Partner with different functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements and shape business strategy for digital analytics and precision marketing.
  • Identify friction in the current consumer journey through analytics and insights, and build solutions to resolve them
  • Lead the product backlog for consumer engagement for IT
  • Apply design thinking methodologies to tackle business problems
  • Bring analytical thinking to understand sophisticated or ambiguous problems or issues and communicate solutions/conclusions clearly and concisely.
  • Be able to make a decision that is backed by insights and the confidence to influence key business partners in meetings and one to one basis.
  • Perform in-depth analysis via various digital analytics tools on web analytics, social listening, competitive analyses analyze data to deliver strategic and operational insights.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, science, engineering, or information technology is required
  • A minimum of 5 years of digital analytics and ecommerce experience is required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate findings to partners and clearly articulate business value of the analytical solutions is required
  • Attention to detail, collaboration and organizational skills required.
  • Passion for digital analytics, quality and performance is required
  • Experience working with relational databases, query language like SQL is required
  • Excellent hands-on data visualization skills in Tableau are required; Good knowledge of power BI, looker and data studio is preferred.
  • Using cloud-based technologies and platforms (e.g., AWS, azure, google BQ) is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how e-commerce, web, mobile, social, search and offline channels work together to optimize behavior, acquisition and sales is required.
  • Knowledge of new research tools (e.g., python, R,) & techniques of gaining consumer insights such as (statistical modeling) will be a plus
  • Experience with customer data platforms (GA360/adobe analytics, google marketing platform); social media platform analytics (Facebook insights, YouTube analytics) and paid media platforms (DV360, SA360, trade Desk) is preferred
  • Personalized marketing experience is preferred
  • Experience in CPG industry is preferred
  • Experience in MMM/MTA models is preferred
