What Will You Work On?

Reporting to the Manager, Collector Strategy, this role is responsible for supporting the marketing

communications plan for the AIR MILES Reward Program in Canada, representing over 10 million Collectors.

The Marketing Specialist Co-op, Collector Engagement, is responsible for supporting the Collector Strategy Marketing Manager in developing and implementing fully integrated, multi-channel marketing programs and campaigns relating to Collector acquisition, retention and top tier benefits.

How Will You Create Impact?

  • Supports the development of annual marketing plans and calendars that support Collector Engagement and Lifecycle objectives. Plans include channel strategy, creative development and time to market.
  • Assist in communicating plans and garnering support across key internal stakeholders
  • Work closely with Analytics team to develop measurement plans & post campaign analysis
  • Leads the delivery of all programs and associated campaigns, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that plans are delivered on time and budget
  • Liaise with Brand team to ensure that appropriate content is captured for top tier initiatives
  • Work with Client Services to find pitch Partner opportunities to participate in Lifecycle initiatives

Let’s Talk About You:

  • Post-secondary Certificate/Degree. Preferred: Marketing Communication
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience. Agency experience would be an asset.
  • Experience in working in large teams of multi-discipline nature
  • Knowledge of core marketing disciplines such as planning & implementation, research, data & analytics
  • Knowledge of core marketing channels (digital, direct mail, mass, social)
  • Some experience in managing multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Strong project management and communication skills, highly organized, and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to constantly changing environment
