We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to help us streamline our operations, support the execution of our People programs and be our master administrator. The role can be in office or based remotely across Canada or US, and will report to the Manager, People Operations. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Prepare employment-related documentation to support the changes that take place throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Support our People team by maintaining our internal HR Information System (Workday) throughout the employment journey of our owls
  • Support all aspects of privacy and compliance, including GDPR and SOC2
  • Calculate and report on weekly, quarterly and ad hoc people analytics for the People Team
  • Support the administration and project management of programs and processes owned or facilitated by the People team, including our surveys, promotion process, Market Check-in, Hootpulse and Cadence
  • Maintain the job description library by ensuring that the latest versions of job descriptions are available for access and the older versions are safely archived in a retrievable format
  • Responsible for coordination, communication and payout of referral bonuses to eligible employees. Maintain relevant data in the system for analysis and future reference.
  • Collaborate with other teams within People to understand inefficiencies within our processes, policies and programs then work key stakeholders to address through enhancements and revisions, with a strong focus on automation
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
