Are you the person we are looking for?

The DevOps team is at the core of software delivery. Joining this team means you will be working in tandem with the Product and Services engineering teams to deliver the QNX product suite to our end customers and partners.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support existing CI/CD infrastructure
  • Support existing software delivery platform
  • Engage in supporting issues related to software delivery issues
  • Support, migrate, develop platforms related to Build and Software delivery
  • Support and run application platforms like Jira, Jama, Reviewboard, GitHub, Jenkins
  • Develop, support, and streamline existing or new CI/CD platforms
  • Participate in product and platform certification projects.
  • On-call support

Job Skills/Qualification Requirements:

  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience
  • Experience and or familiarity with the following languages: C, C+, Python, PHP Bash
  • Experience with leading MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL database technologies
  • Hands-on experience working in an automated development environment
  • Experience with a variety of software and hardware operating environments
  • Hands-on experience with source code management tools such as SVN and GIT
  • Experience in administrating Linux and/or Windows environments.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring/logging tools
  • Experience with implementing and running CI/CD solutions (GitLab, Jenkins)
  • Experience with Containerization and Virtualization (QEMU, KVM, Docker)
  • Experience with networking and cloud-based network environments
  • Experience in troubleshooting complex technical issues.
  • Experience with the software lifecycle (requirements through delivery).
  • Shown ability to take ownership of problems and see them through to resolution
