As the Administrative Associate on an Advisor team, you will be an integral part of an established and successful, Wealth Advisor team.  Providing exceptional client support and day-to-day trading administration, no two days will be the same.
 

About the role?  
In this role you will:
•    Provide and maintain a high level of customer service and effectively build working relationships with business partners and clients alike;
•    Execute client trades on behalf of the Advisor
•    Remain up to date with all regulatory rules and trading activities as it relates to client accounts;
•    Investigate and resolve issues, escalating to the Advisor when appropriate; 
•    Prepare tax packages, year end checklists, documents for client meetings and financial planning; and
•    Utilize Microsoft Office, Charles River (trading platform), Salesforce (CRM) and other related software, applications & resources to support the business.

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?  
The ideal person will have the below, but as an entry level role we’re mostly looking for looking for attitude and aptitude.

Must haves:
•    Excellent verbal & written communication in English;
•    Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, keen attention to detail; and
•    A motivated attitude with a drive for self-improvement and learning.

Nice to haves:
•    Experience working in banking industry, preferably within full-service brokerage;
•    An understanding of industry and firm’s compliance regulations & requirements; and
•    Started or completed the IIROC licensing and registered as an Investment Representative.
